LS 25 Pickup Plus v1.4.1.4

Pickup Plus adds mechanics for normal wear and tear, overload damage, and blockages to balers and forage wagons.

Changes since version 1.4.1.2:
Fixed the processing of native baler capacity: numerical values provided as text are now converted before calculation. This resolves the reported calculation error and restores the updating of load levels and the HUD.
Manual camera and zoom inputs are now disabled while the HUD is in repositioning mode.
Improved the management of the mouse cursor when multiple “Plus” HUDs are active.
Enhanced the process for exiting repositioning mode and releasing the mouse cursor when hiding the HUD, opening menus, or switching vehicles or maps.

Key bindings, wear intervals, the load and blockage model, and spare part quantities remain unchanged.
This version is intended for single-player use; multiplayer is not supported.
Knives, pickup tines, and roller windguards experience wear during the intake of material.

Excessive operating speeds and high material throughput increase the risk of blockages.
Once the intake load reaches 70%, the vehicle combination will begin to slow down.
In the event of a blockage, material intake will stop until the machine has been cleared.

You can find the corresponding spare part boxes in the dedicated “HMT Spare Parts” shop category.
Place them near your parked and powered-off machine to perform maintenance. Knives and tines are consumed proportionally based on the amount of wear.
Any remaining parts are kept, while empty boxes disappear.

The HUD displays load levels and the condition of components. It can be repositioned, hidden, and set to one of four different sizes. Boxes containing 50 knives, 100 tines, or 4 roller hold-downs
Two visual variants for roller hold-downs
Purchase quantities ranging from 1 to 5 boxes
Maintenance and clearing of blockages via Ctrl + Alt + Caps Lock
For single-player mode

Controls as of version 1.4.1.4
Operation is performed while driving a vehicle combination that includes a detected baler or forage wagon. The system prioritizes the most appropriate detected implement; otherwise, it selects the first suitable machine it identifies. These controls are not available when on foot. Please close any open menus before attempting to operate the system.

Default key bindings – HUD: Left Ctrl + Left Alt + 3: Show or hide the HUD. Left Ctrl + Left Alt + 4: Toggle “move mode” on or off; drag the visible HUD by holding down the left mouse button. Camera and zoom inputs are disabled while this mode is active. Hiding the HUD, opening a menu, switching vehicles, or changing the map view will automatically exit “move mode.”

Default key bindings – HUD size: Left Ctrl + Left Alt + 5: Cycle through HUD sizes (50% → 25% → 20% → 75% of the speedometer width).
Default key bindings – Maintenance (always active): Ctrl + Alt + Caps Lock: Start maintenance or cancel an ongoing maintenance task (without consuming any parts). This key combination accepts either the left or right Ctrl/Alt keys. Maintenance can be performed even when the HUD is hidden.

To perform maintenance, come to a complete stop and switch off the implement; the tractor engine may remain running. To replace parts, the required boxes or pallets—containing sufficient stock and belonging to the same farm—must be located within five meters of the machine. Multiple boxes or pallets can be used in combination to provide the necessary parts. A blockage can be cleared in eight seconds without the need for any replacement parts. Alternatively, the component group with the most wear—which can be serviced using replacement parts—can be replaced in 20 seconds. Other groups can then be serviced subsequently. Knives and tines wear out proportionally to their usage; a worn roller hold-down requires a replacement part.

Replacement parts are only consumed once the maintenance process is successfully completed. Pressing a button again, moving the vehicle, or turning it on will cancel the maintenance; in the case of replacing parts, this also results in the loss of the required replacement parts. Simply changing the selection or switching vehicles does not automatically terminate an ongoing maintenance task.

Customizable Key Bindings: The three HUD actions can be freely assigned under Options → Controls. There is also an additional, customizable action for maintenance that does not come with a default key binding. Existing user-defined key bindings will remain unchanged. The fixed key combination (Ctrl + Alt + Caps Lock) remains active regardless of these settings.

Support: For information, questions, or to report bugs, please use the FBM support thread.
Note regarding CVT: The reported issue remains open and has not yet been reproducible. If it occurs again, please provide the full `log.txt` file along with a brief description of the situation.
