Fixed game freeze after resting/sleeping.
Fixed sleep detection using the original unclamped frame delta.
Fixed optional sleep flags being skipped when earlier values were nil.
Added protection while any full-screen GUI, including the rest screen, is active.
Added a 15-second quarantine after rest and GUI transitions.
Cancelled active automatic jobs when a time jump begins.
Suppressed automatic daily briefing dialogs after sleep to prevent GUI deadlocks.
Manual briefings and all existing manager features remain available.
