Hello, here i have a fixed version of the WesternStar49 dump

I fixed the following:
Adjust the ExactFillNode Height – Now you can load it with Wheel Loaders
Adjust the center of mass both truck and trailer
Give more rotation freedom at trailer attacher enjoy this fix version.
