LS 22 Tilt Losses v0.0.0.1

For all the friends of a more realistic play style.

Vehicles lose their load if they are tilted too much.
Too high tilting angles of vehicles will cause the load to get lost. This effect can be reduced by a closed cover. But this only helps a bit. If the tilting becomes too strong the closed cover will burst open.

Important note: This is still work in progress! I’m thankful for any feedback about bugs, errors or improvement suggestions.
