LS 25 Polish Political Agriculture v1.0.0.0
This mod is Polish Political Agriculture – an extensive modification to Farming Simulator 25, which adds a system of Polish subsidies, obligations, controls, administrative costs and farm support programs to the game. It is a standalone version based on Red Tape mechanics, so you should not run both mods at the same time.
The most important element of the mod is the introduction of more extensive farm management. The player is no longer solely engaged in agricultural production, but also participates in support programs, submits applications, receives payments, incurs contributions, taxes and may be subject to control.
The mod includes, among others:
direct payments, with applications submitted in March–May; 70% of the payment is paid in December and the remaining 30% in February, simplified support system for farms up to 5 ha, additional payments related to cattle and pig breeding, a bonus for a young farmer in the amount of PLN 200,000, and in the case of animal production PLN 300,000, paid in two tranches, modernization of the farm, allowing you to recover part of the costs of new machines and buildings, with a support limit of up to PLN 500,000,
possibility of partial refund of the aid obtained by selling subsidized equipment or facilities during the program duration,
refund of excise duty on agricultural fuel, calculated according to the area and number of cattle and pigs,
crop insurance and random events such as drought, hail, frost or flood,
preferential loan that reimburses part of the interest costs,
annual agricultural tax,
quarterly farm contributions depending on the area and number of animals,
Random administrative and veterinary checks which may result in penalties and points for violations.
Great emphasis was also placed on breeding. The mod includes a biosecurity and veterinary care system, the possibility of additional costs related to herd diseases, support for the development of breeding and bonuses for increasing the number of cattle and pigs.
One of the additional mechanics is deep litter. Straw is not compulsory, but the farm can receive monthly payments for keeping cattle and pigs on deep litter. The condition is at least 25% filling with straw. More sparse staffing in the building additionally increases the amount of this payment by approximately 10-15%.
The mod also introduces environmental restrictions. Spreading slurry is prohibited in November, December, January and February, forcing the player to plan storage and fertilization in advance.
Previous systems related to, among others:
crop rotation, fertilization, animal welfare, building stocking, fallow land, construction subsidies and a system of points and warnings.
In practice, the mod changes FS25 from a classic farm simulator into a more extensive simulation of running a farm in Polish administrative and economic realities. Some of the rates and rules have been deliberately simplified or adapted to the game economy, so it is not an exact 1:1 representation of Polish law.
This is a BETA and I’m still working on the final version, I need more feedback and pointing out errors that I didn’t catch myself.
