LS 25 Custom Updated 40 series Tractors v1.0.0.0

Steering Wheel
Replaced the  40 Series steering wheel with the steering wheel from an actual JD 40 series.
Preserved the original steering animation.
Preserved original steering wheel transform hierarchy.
Adjusted steering wheel position and rotation for proper fit.
Updated steering wheel center decal.
Adjusted driver hand target positions to better match the new steering wheel.

Wheels
Updated the following wheel configuration only:
Trelleborg → Rear Twin Wheels US
Michelin → Twin wheels
Reworked the rear dual wheel appearance to more closely match the John Deere 40 series in the US
Removed incorrect hub/extender appearance from the Rear Twin Wheels US configuration.
Left all other wheel configurations unchanged.
